The location is near to Oxford Brookes university, and has good transport links into Oxford centre just outside the house. Shops are also close by (10 minute walk).

The available room is a large room downstairs with a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, and two sets of drawers, a mirror, chair, and ample storage space for bags. It is well lit with large windows during the day time, and has the broadband box in it so has very good connection to the internet.

The people in the house are all very nice, quiet at night and talkative during the day time, aged between 20-30, with both students and working adults in the house.
