Affordable and Convenient House for Postgraduates

I am Gareth, a postgraduate student at Oxford University, and I'm looking to fill three other rooms in a shared house just off Botley Road in July. This house is one of the cheapest and best value properties in Oxford,. We’re in a great location, about a two minutes walk from Waitrose, and 10 minutes from the train station. All rooms are very spacious, and come fully furnished with beds, drawers, cupboards, and a desk/chair. We have shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room facilities, and a spacious back garden, where we can host barbecues, or just relax in the sunny weather.

I'm hoping three friendly and relaxed students (ideally postgraduate) will join us in July!
