Short let, rent all inclusive + weekly cleaning

Hello everybody, I'm subletting my room during October. The house location is super central (10 min walk to city centre) and rent is all inclusive (council tax, wifi, bills, and weekly professional cleaning - thus there is no cleaning rota as this is taken care of!). The room is fully furnished (mini fridge, bed, table, chair, cupboard/closet). Bedding, linen, and towels, can be provided if needed. There four two housemates - all students or postdocs at the University of Oxford. The kitchen has three fridges.
