Student house from Oct 1st - central location

Hello everybody, we are looking for 2 students to take over rooms starting first October. The house location is super central (10 min walk to city centre) and the room costs 540 pounds pcm + 10 pounds wifi and 60 (summer)- ~110 (winter) pounds bills. There are three housemates - two master's and one DPhil student between 25-33 years old. There are two living rooms and a kitchen with three fridges. We are looking for students only (we are exempt from council tax)! We are not a party house.
