Flexible dates, short let, rent all inclusive

Hello everybody, I'm subletting my room starting September with flexible move-in and out-dates (soonest move-in now, latest move-out mid November), minimum period that needs to be covered (financially) is 3 weeks (3rd Oct-24rd Oct). The house location is super central (10 min walk to city centre) and rent is all inclusive (council tax, wifi, bills, and weekly professional cleaning - thus there is no cleaning rota as this is taken care of!). The room is fully furnished (mini fridge, bed, table, chair, cupboard/closet). Bedding, linen, and towels, can be provided if needed. There four two housemates - all students or postdocs at the University of Oxford. The kitchen has three fridges.
