Student house from Oct 1st - central location

Hello everybody, I am looking for a student to take over my room starting first of October. The house location is super central (10 min walk to city centre) and the room costs 540 pounds pcm + 10 pounds wifi and 60 (summer)- ~110 (winter) pounds bills. There are four housemates - three DPhil students and one master's student between 24-29 years old. There are two living rooms and a kitchen with three fridges. We are looking for students only (we are exempt from council tax).We are not a party house. If you are interested pop me a message and tell me a bit about yourself (e. g. what you study, what you did before/what you are planning after your studies - for extra credability incorporate the word "banana" so that I know you're not a bot) :).
