We have a fantastic double room available and it won't last long (honestly, rooms in this house don't last a week)!
The available room is spacious and bright. It is fully furnished on the first floor with a double bed and a chest of drawers. Your oasis from the hustle of daily life. This room also has TWO HUGE built in wardrobes.
You will share 2 bathrooms with 4 other housemates.
Gordon Street is just off Abingdon Road. Abingdon Road connects to the city centre directly (via a lovely walking path along the Thames, or a quick direct bus). If you have a look at google maps, Gordon Street is super short and we are about in the middle.
The street itself is small and quiet but don’t let that fool you, there is a handy direct bus to the city centre, which is also only a 10 minute walk away. The direct buses also take you ANYWHERE in and around Oxford (Milton Park, Harwell...you can get anywhere from here).
Plus, as a final extra perk, this property comes complete with great housemates and off-street parking (first come-first served)!
The room is fully furnished and available to people in full-time employment. NO Undergrad STUDENTS.
There is also a cleaner that comes on a fortnightly basis to do the common areas. No need for cleaning rotas at this house :)

In person viewings are available, or a quick video call to meet and make sure we are happy with each other is preferred if you are happy with the room based on the videos (I live outside Oxford and driving in is a pain in the...).
Special offer deposit only £350, if gou meet all referencing criteria. To start there is a holding deposit of 1 week's rent required to reserve the room and hold the room for 1 week for you to complete referencing. The remaining amount of the deposit will be due when your referencing is complete.
