En-suit double room in 3 bed house

Hello :)
I have a double en-suit in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of Oxford.

One housemate is moving out because she’s found a job further afield. The other housemate works and studies in Oxford

I’m 30, I manage a private estate in the Cotswolds. In spare time I read lots, write a bit, hike/ travel when I can, and like to have a side project, atm it’s learning the piano.

The house is tidy and well presented, working through facelifting rooms, ensuit and kitchen have recently been done, converting garage to a snug will be next.
There is a dishwasher, garden, parking, etc, it is quite a nice place though I say it myself.

All bills are covered and there is a lodging agreement, I both provide and request references.

I’m looking for someone looking for a sociable and friendly house vibe, house meal or activity some time in a week. Very keen on where one lives to be a safe and happy space where people can relax and be themselves.
