Description
Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate for a two-bedroom-shared-bathroom flat, extremely central, near Gloucester Green.
The room:
Single (12’6 X 7’1) room with great natural light.
Rent 725 pcm, bills not included. Bills (electricity, water, wifi) work out to approx 80 per person per month, but this could vary.
The flat: The house is originally unfurnished. Ample living space, open kitchen and dining, and a balcony.
Move in date: the room is available, so this can be arranged fairly quickly. Contract start date will have to be at least around September 3 at the latest.
About me:
I’m a 32 year old DPhil student (she/her), entering my third year. I’m a quiet person, though I do enjoy having friends over from time to time. I value my personal space and down time, especially as I enter the critical stages of my PhD.
About you: I’m looking for a friendly, housetrained flatmate who will help keep common spaces tidy, respect personal space, and join me in creating a warm and respectful home-like atmosphere in this flat share. Graduate students only, please.
Friends and family visits are welcome with adequate headsup (utilities can be adjusted accordingly).
Council Tax: I am a student and do not pay council tax. It would be easier if you were a student as well. Professionals may be considered but you will have to pay the entire council tax yourself.
Tenancy: Short lets are not possible. You will need to be willing to commit to upholding a 12-month contract. Please note that the agent has a right to rent check requirement that you will have to fulfil.
