I'm a postdoc at Oxford, and I have a double room (OX3) in a 6-bedroom house available from the start of 30 Jan.

Rent + bills is included (£700 +£200 deposit)

About the house: Comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk. It has plenty of storage and lots of natural light. You will also get a furnished kitchen (with washing machine, oven, microwave etc.), parking space and a back garden as well.
Location: The house has 6 rooms in Headington OX3 7RF
1. There are bus stops at walking distance.
2. Oxford Brooks campus (Headington) is also 5min walk.
3. JR is 5min walk
4. Shops (eg. Tesco etc) are just within 2 mins of walking distance. It's a really nice and quiet neighbourhood.
5. Off road parking.
Suitable for: Anybody can approach whether you are a student or professional.
