I'm a postdoc at Oxford, and I have a double room in a 6-bedroom house available from the start of 30th Jan to 15th March (Available for longer duration but need to check).
I am bit flexible if you are looking for one month please do contact.
Rent + bills is included in £850 (£200 security which will be returned at the end)
About the house: Comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk. It has plenty of storage and lots of natural light. You will also get a furnished kitchen (with washing machine, oven, microwave etc.), parking space and a back garden as well.
Location: The house has 6 rooms in Headington OX3.
1. There are bus stops at walking distance.
2. Oxford Brooks campus (Headington) is also 5min walk.
3. JR is 5min walk
4. Shops (eg. Tesco etc) are just within 2 mins of walking distance. It's a really nice and quiet neighbourhood.
Suitable for: Anybody can approach whether you are a student or professional.
