Room for December to sublet in lovely houseshare

Hey potential housemate:)

We're a house of six friendly professionals and one PhD student (me). I am leaving for about three months stay abroad writing my thesis. Therefore, my spacious, bright room close to city centre will be free. It is very well lit with a big west-facing victorian bay window and high ceilings. The desk faces the bay window. There is also a double bed, shelfs, two night stands, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and even a sofa in the room! Most my stuff will be gone so there will be enough space for your things. I will leave behind my plants. So, in case you like taking care of plants I would be very happy about that. But don't worry if not - Then the other housemates would take care of them and the plants would move out of the room!

The housemates like to spend time together in the living room, cook and eat together or watch movies or Planet Earth. Occasionally there will be trips to the pub next door (the White house), walks, or Gloucester Green lunches:) But since the house is quite big, it is also easy to get your time for yourself. We're a friendly bunch and easy to live with. We've a cleaning schedule and some of us work from home so if you do as well you're welcome to. We are not allowed to have pets, some of us are vegan, and the house is LGBTQ+ friendly :)

The house has two kitchens (you would be in the downstairs one which is on the photo), a living room, a bathroom, and a separate shower and separate toilet room. There is also a garden with a small shed for bicycles. If you treat it carefully you're welcome to use my bicycle for the time that I am gone.

If you have any questions feel free to ask! I am relatively flexible with my date of return. So if you need a specific period just lmk! Also if you are looking for a permanent room there might be another room becoming free within the three month so we might be flexible in arranging something that you could stay beyond three months. The £690 includes all bills and might go down a bit because we got a better energy and WIFI deal so it might be slightly less. In case you are interest please write a bit about yourself so that we can see if you fit with the general vibes of the house :)
