Living room, separate dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar will be shared with our family of 3 that includes myself, husband and our child. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one on each floor so the bathroom closest to the room will be used mostly by the lodger and shared very rarely with us. We both work 9 to 5, Monday to Friday so the house is quiet during the day.

The room is available from 1st April, 2025. The house is a 15-20 min walk from the Headington shops. There’s a big Aldi less than 2 miles away from the property. Closest bus stop is 5 min away with buses to city centre and Headington shops. Convenience store located few yards away and Thornhill Park and ride is at a 10 min walking distance. The house has a massive 80ft garden which is maintained by us.
