*About the house*

There will be one double bedroom available in this 2 bed house, with shared living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, utility room, and garden. It's a really nice place, I love living here! It is clean, bright, and the perfect size for 2 people. Fully furnished. Magdalen Road is just around the corner, with lots of lovely coffee shops, pubs, an art studio/gallery space, bookshop, food market, vegan cafe etc!

Your room has a beautiful fireplace (it's been boxed up so you can't light a fire in it but it's a cute feature) and big sash windows. There's great storage in the cupboard.

There is also the added bonus of having two adorable cats to cuddle with! Mila & Henry are the best part about living here.

Bills aren't included in the rent and it's council tax band C.

I'm 29, female, single, professional, vegan. I enjoy spending time with friends, my spiritual community (Oxford Quakers), dancing, reading, gardening, and nature. I'm happiest when hanging out with close friends, or wrapped up in a cosy blanket reading a book with a cup of tea.

I'm looking for someone who would be happy not to stream TV or movies in the lounge (we don’t have a TV in there anyways) and also not to eat meat in the house :)
