House To Rent, Week Nights Only, £875 + Bills

The details are,

I am renting my house from July 1st to the end of April 2025, but only from Sunday night to Friday afternoon.

The rent will be £875pcm, + a set fee of £350 to cover ALL monthly bills and council tax.

There is a nice large man bedroom, and a smaller bedroom. A decent size kitchen and utility room, and a downstairs WC.

It will be minimally furnished, but you will be welcome to make it your own, if you wish to bring any of your own furniture.

There is off-street parking for a single car.

I do not wish to discriminate at all, so any age will be considered.

I will require references.

The council tax band is, C.
