I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 6 bed house in Cowley. It's a double bedroom fully furnished. It is a nice room and house both feel warm and spacious.
The location is great, an easy cycle into the centre of Oxford. Lots of nice pubs, restaurants and cafes on Cowley road too!
It is a house of young professionals, everyone in the house is friendly, happy to have a chat, go to the pub or also happy to give people space.
The rent is £710 a month including bills. The deposit is 5 weeks rent and transfer of tenancy fee of £50 payable at the end of the tenancy.
The parking spots for the house are taken by the current housemates but you can apply for a permit for road parking.
Your deposit is protected by mydeposits. the house is a fully registered House in Multiple Occupation with Oxford City Council and is regularly inspected, the landlords are Oxford CC Accredited Landlords.
