2 double bedrooms in charming house

Hi! My housemate (Katherine) and I are looking for two housemates for four months from Aug-Dec 2024 (with the possibility of a long-term contract until July 2025). We're both early-career academics working in the university. We are offering two double bedrooms, both furnished with double beds, wardrobes, desks, drawers etc. Rent: c. £650, bills c. £80, council tax c. £50.
We live in a gorgeous four-bedroom house in a peaceful residential area in South Oxford, with lots of young families. It’s light and spacious, with some charming details (e. g. tiled and wrought-iron fireplaces). It has a cosy living room with a wood burner and a kitchen with a big dining table. There’s a long garden and a patio. We're about 20-25 minutes' walk from the centre of Oxford, less than five minutes' walk from Hinksey Pool and reservoir (leading up to Chilswell Valley and Boar’s Hill--lovely for walking or running). Nearby are a charming Portuguese café, a social enterprise pub, and a Tesco.
