City Center Oxford flat room to rent OX1 2LQ

Hi all- I am putting up my lovely flat at the city centre for sublet as I am leaving Oxford to complete my course abraod. The flat is located on St Johns street and is a 5 min walk from tesco and other grocery stores and very close to the university libraries and colleges. I would want the new tenant to take over the contract for 3 months (June 17- Sept 17 2024). Short term lets will be considered (i. e. 1 week to 3 months), contact me regarding this directly if this is what you want. There are two toilets and one shower which are shared between the flatmates. All the flatmates are lovely- they are university of Oxford students with a visiting phd student.

Bills

Bills are not included but I would estimate that they cost about £11 per person per week averaged over a year. This includes Gas, Water, Electricity and Internet. It does depend on how much you use as a house.

The property is fully furnished with Ovens and Fridge Freezers in the Kitchen. The bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.
