2 Double Bedrooms off Cowley Road

Hi! I'm a DPhil student from Lebanon living with Sofía (and soon Zeynep) and we are looking for one more postgraduate student to join us on the lease of a 4-bedroom house on Union Street, just off of Cowley Road.

The rent is £580 for the bedroom (excluding bills). It has a double-bed, closet/dresser, and a desk + chair. Three housemates would be sharing one full bathroom (the fourth room has its own separate en-suite). The common spaces (kitchen, living room, garden) are well-equipped and maintained.

Ideally, whoever joins the house would be clean, tidy, and happy to share food, cook together/for each other, and split common expenses. We'd love to live with people who care to invest (time and a little bit of money, not a lot) in making a cozy, comfortable home. We also want familiarity and stability in the house, so we're looking for people who'll be spending the year here in Oxford as opposed to subletting out their rooms.

Tenants need to be postgrad students (no professionals for council tax purposes). Being pro-Palestinian liberation 🇵🇸 and anti-Zionist is a requirement. Have to be queer-friendly if not queer! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
