Double Room in awesome location!

Unfortunately I am moving out of this wonderful place to go live with my partner.
The house: 2 bed 1.5 bathrooms, huge living room and a lovely conservatory looking over a cute little garden. Plenty of room for bike storage too. Kitchen with the usual bits, inc. a dishwasher.
The location: very convenient 3 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Jericho and city centre, Port Meadow down the road too!
The room: double room with a bed and side tables, built in wardrobes with heaps of storage too. Upstairs bathroom is shared but there's another toilet downstairs too.
The housemate: sharing with a mid-thirties female Academic who works from home. She is super lovely, quiet and easy-going, and always up for a chat or pub quiz!
Looking for someone who is clean, normal, easy-going, respectful, not a party animal, etc.
The lease is up on January 31st 2025, but there may be the possibility of renewal. Replacement will be done through the letting agency, so the new housemate will need to go through reference checks, etc.
