Subletting spacious, sunny room in quiet area

Hi! I’m subletting my room from 15.07-07.10. It’s a sunny room with a double bed and fully furnished. A second room is also available from 06.07-15.09 and third room available from 17.07-01.10.
The street is very quiet but still in walkable distance to the centre of town. There is a big kitchen with plenty of fridge and storage space for everyone. We also have a shared living room, two bathrooms, garden, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a storage room. The other housemates are PHD students and we are a quiet household but like to chat in the kitchen. Preference is given to people who can stay for as much of the subletting period as possible.
