There is a single bedroom available in a 3 bedroom flat located next to the Oxford train station, Jericho and Port Meadow. It has a lot of storage space and a small dining room. The bathroom is shared only between two people as one of the tenants has an en suite bathroom.
The rent is £650 per month + bills.
There is also a deposit that makes up the rent payment for 5 weeks.
As for the current household, we are two young females – quiet, friendly, tidy and respectful of others. And we are looking for someone who shares similar qualities. We are also looking for a young professional or a student who is ready to contribute to council tax.
