Two rooms have opened up in our 4-bedroom flat, and we are looking for new flatmates to join us! The flat is located in central Oxford - only a minute away from the Oxford train station and 10 minutes walk from Carfax Tower/ Westgate and Jericho. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm.

Room 1:
The rent is £795 per month (+ £60 bills and £60 council tax band E per month). The contract will be for 12 months starting 1 August 2024. There is an initial £731.25 deposit.
This room is 12 square meters in size, on the first floor, and has an ensuite bathroom. It overlooks the garden and is furnished with a double bed, desk and build-in wardrobe.

Room 2:
The rent is £660 per month (+ £60 bills and £60 council tax band E per month). The contract will be for 12 months starting 1 August 2024. There is an initial £731.25 deposit.
The room is 9 square meters in size, on the first floor, and shares a bathroom with one other tenant.

The house has a kitchen with dishwasher and laundry machine, a living room and a rear garden with bike storage.

A little bit about us: You’ll be joining a female and a male flatmate. We are from the UK and Germany, and work at the University. We have independent lives but also like to get together over dinner, a walk in the countryside, a movie night or other activities, and we like to keep a lively and easy-going atmosphere. We keep the house clean and all contribute to chores such as cleaning the common areas on a routine basis (kitchen, living room, stairs), taking out the trash, etc., so we are hoping to find someone who will be clean and tidy as well.
