Hello everyone! We have a beautiful house share beginning in September of 2024 and are looking for an additional housemate. We have put a deposit down and need a fourth flatmate asap! As we are all international. we are looking for someone who can also provide a UK based guarantor. The house is a 4 bed, 1 bath house located off Whitehouse Road, and is a mere 10 minute walk to the centre of town!
The available room has a double bed, and the house boasts a front and back garden, a study, a beautiful sun porch and a washing machine. I have a car and am happy to do weekend trips and grocery runs!
We are three girls in our mid twenties, and are a mix of DPhil students and professionals (so the property does have a discounted council tax we will all contribute to). We are clean and quiet but also social! I have two small cats that will be living with us, they are fine with other animals so feel free to inquire if you have pets as well!
