Short let for August in perfect central flat! :)

I'm looking for someone to rent my room in a modern flat in August in a fantastic location.

The 2-bed fat is bright and modern with a spacious living room, dishwasher, washing machine, shared bathroom with a bath/shower. It is located adjacent to the Westgate and is a very short walking distance to the city centre, grocery stores, train station and Oxford Tube. Visitor parking is available. The bedroom has a petite double bed, double wardrobe and looks into greenery.

My flatmate is a friendly PhD student looking to keep the flat very tidy and quiet. They are usually quite busy and so would prefer a quiet and tidy flatmate. Graduate students are preferred for council tax reasons.
