City Centre / En-Suite Room / Two Bedroom House

I am leaving my en-suite room in a two-bedroom house-share.

Replacing me, you will be joining a professional/female/29 (one of my best friends). Therefore professionals and females will be preferred.

Move-in date is 12-15 August.

Bills not included. Bills come around 75 per person per month including internet, electricity, water and gas. (the cost might change depending on the season) plus around 125 council tax monthly.

The house will have a fridge, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, gas heating, fast broadband and some kitchen equipment.

The room will come furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe (behind the mirrors) chest of drawers, and so on.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and comes with parking (extra cost if you park inside the mews)

I will be selling the desk and chair.
