Looking for our final tenant ASAP for 15th sept:)

Hi we are a friendly household consisting of 3 degree apprentices.
The house is 5 min walk from Oxford station and 10-15minutes away from the city centre.
There is lots of public transport available nearby.
(Parking on street available if you apply for a permit)
We love doing sports and hanging out as a group looking for someone (professional/student) like us who can slot right in and be our final housemate/ friend :)
We are all currently working / studying for our degree at the same time - science based

The rooms are all single - and the bedroom available downstairs is very spacious.
We keep everything clean and would appreciate if you do the same 🫶🏼

There is a communal living room, bathroom , garden and kitchen
Bills aren’t included in rent price but can vary from 25-70£ depending on usage
We split those equally between 4 (wifi, gas/electricity and water)
