Looking for a replacement tenant (as I have left Oxford - thus NO possibility of physical viewing and the agency is not scheduling viewing as the new academic year is starting) for a newly refurbished single room with new brand bed, mattress, carpet, desk available in central Little Clarendon Street, ALL BILLS included (except council tax if you have to pay it), one year-contract. Once per week there is a cleaning company that clean all the shared areas (plus laundry room with 2 washing machines and dryer).

The room is next to the Math Department, Blavatnik School, Psychology Department, Humanities.

In the house there are 2 bathroom and 2 kitchen (but 5 other rooms are ensuite, so you'll share the bathroom with only 2 other people). THIS IS NOT AN ENSUITE. The other tenants are professionals/PhD students.

Contract for 1 year non-negotiable, starting in September (please note that the agency will ask for 2 references).
