Double Room Available in 3-bed Jericho House

A room is becoming available from the end of september in a shared 3 bed house in Jericho! We are two young professionals looking for a friendly housemate to join our new 1 year lease.

Excellent location in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. 10-15 mins walk from the city center with most of the departments and colleges, 10-15 min walk from the train station, 5 mins to port medow, 3 mins from Jericho hospital and Oxford University Press, and most importantly... 19.1 seconds to nearest pub - the Rickety Press!
This really is one of the best locations in Oxford - it is vibrant and peaceful at the same time, with lots of young professionals living in the area.

The room is ground floor with a double bed, a large desk and plenty of built in storage. It has a two large windows offering plenty of natural light. It's not ensuite but is right next to the bathroom which is only shared with one other.

- Large communal kitchen, fully equipped including all crockery. Dishwasher.
- Great wifi suitable for home working
- Large 4k smart tv
- Communal balcony.
- Outdoor terrace area.
- Street parking with a permit.
- Bike storage.
- Locked underground storage.
- Cleaner once a fortnight.

Bills are not included but usually total £150 a month each. This is mostly made up of the council tax, plus energy water wifi.

We hope to find a new housemate to maintain the laidback and friendly vibe of the house. Ideally someone aged 25-35, who is responsible, tidy, open about communicating any issues early but most importantly friendly and easy to live with i. e socialble but respectful of personal space and downtime 😊 Bonus points if you have a knack for keeping house plants alive (we try..)!
