Sunny Double with Garden View

We have a recently redecorated double bedroom to let. The room is fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, two large chests of drawers and under bed storage. If you'd like a desk & chair or anything else the landlady will be happy to sort things out. The room is south-east facing with views over wooded gardens.

You'll be sharing a large kitchen-living room, sunny garden and bathroom with one other person (me!). At some later date when HMO licensing has been organised we’ll be looking for one more housemate. This also means the room is for single occupancy only at the moment.

The house is in a quiet residential street just off Abingdon road. We're 2 minutes away from a Tesco Express and 1 minute away from bus stops going into the City Centre or south to Abingdon, Culham & Milton Park. You can also walk or cycle into town along the backstreets via Hinskey Park.

There's off street parking for one car in front of the house.

Rent includes all bills; Gas, electric, council tax & broadband.
