The house:

There are 2 bathrooms: one includes a shower with a bath, one has a shower and a separate toilet room.
There is also a utility / laundry area, and a large back garden that gets lots of sun during the day (ideal for BBQs!)

The house is very well located near the city end of Cowley Road, just a few minutes’ walk away from the Magdalen Bridge. Bus stops for the city centre, London city centre, and London airports are 3-4 minutes walk away. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk into the city centre.

The room and rent:
This spacious double room located on the ground floor is available to rent from 1st September 2024. The room comes furnished, including a double bed, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bookshelf. The blinds are black out blinds.
The rent is £875 PCM and includes all utility bills: gas, electric, water, council tax (band E), TV license, broadband.
There is also a cleaner that comes to clean the communal areas once a week, and a gardener. These services are also included in the rent price.

A private landlady owns the house. As the minimum tenancy is 6 months, you will need to sign a 6 month contract. After this, your contract becomes a monthly rolling contract. The notice period for terminating your tenancy is 1 month.

Your potential housemates:
The remaining tenants include 2 women and 2 men aged 25-30. We are all professionals who get on well. We are looking for a housemate (professional preferred) who is friendly, tidy, and considerate.
