Student studio room near Oxford train station

I am leaving my studio flat in Student Castle and need someone to move in from 14th September 2024 onwards, for a 51 week tenancy.

It's a 'Bannister Lux' studio on the 4th floor, which has an ensuite bathroom, kitchen, air conditions, double bed, lots of storage, desk etc. Details about the room type are available on the Student Castle website if you Google 'Bannister Lux Studio'.

Student Castle Oxford is near the train station and a short walk into town.

It's a great room and I've had a lovely year living here! Student Castle also has a gym, study rooms, a laundry room and a social area.

It's £324 per week / £16,524.00 for the 51 weeks, with all bills included (minus council tax since full time students won't have to pay this).
