November to April. Cosy winter let central Oxford

We are looking for a proffessional couple (no PhD or students, animals or children sorry), who need a base for the winter November to mid /end of March. Our house is in a lovely part of Oxford and you will inherit a kind and helpful community. The house is a 2 (of 3) bedroom terrace in a quiet cul de sac with pedestrian and cycle traffic only from the lovely Hinksey Park and with a natural meadow behind the house. Its got a wonderful rural feel whilst being 10 minutes from the town centre, buses and 20 minutes walk to the station.
The house has all mod cons and is fully furnished and is centrally heated. Smart TV, broadband, water, council tax, building insurance are all included and fuel bills are £150 per month additionally. These will be metered and any excess payable at the end of the tenancy. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking equipment including an air fryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and a cooker with grill & ovens, all pots, pans, cooking bowls & dishes etc.
The living room has a multifuel stove and 2 chez lounges, a large dining table and a utility room with downstairs toilet, washing machine, iron and tools. We have a small patio garden overlooking a natural meadow. There are 2 bedrooms a large double and a single with spacious bathroom all quiet and airy. At present the photos show alot of our personal belongings but these will be removed. If bedding and towels are required this can be arranged. We hope to attract responsible proffessional people but require that you have a cleaner who will come one a fortnight whilst you are in residence.
