Hi there! We are looking for one more tenant for a three bedroom furnished flat in Venneit Close from 26 September 2024 until 25 August 2025. It is £710 per month for rent, around £50-£80 per month for utilities, and a security deposit of £814 per tenant.

The location is excellent: just a 20 minute walk (7 minute cycle) to Oxford city centre. It is right by the Thames and has great access to Port Meadow and the rail station (both 10 minute walks).

The house has 1 shower, 1 bath, and 2 toilets; an excellent ratio by Oxford standards. The kitchen is well-equipped and in good condition. There is a communal garden and bike racks, both covered and uncovered.

The available room has a single bed, desk and desk chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a window facing the communal garden.

Though the development is by the railway tracks, the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the building, the doors are heavy fire doors, and the windows are double glazed; we have confirmed that no rail sounds reach the bedrooms with the doors closed. It's also a top floor flat so no noise from above!

We are two PhD students at Oxford who are warm, neat, and quiet, looking for someone who is the same.
