The Park - Room for Rent

Tenancy Takeover Opportunity at The Park Student Accommodation, Oxford

Due to a change in my circumstances, I will not be staying in Oxford this year and need someone to take over my 44-week contract at The Park student accommodation. I cannot cancel the contract unless I find a replacement student, so I am looking for someone interested in moving in.

How It Works:
If you're interested in the room, simply apply through this ad and mention my name when contacting the property. All future communication and your contract will come directly from The Park – there will be no agreement between us; it's a straightforward transfer. Keep in mind this is a student accommodation and requires person to hold a student status at the time of signing the contract.

Payment options: Property is cooperating with a third party service which offers UK guarantor to people who can't provide one. This allows any tenant to pay in installments.

About the Room:
+ Well-maintained, clean, and in excellent condition (I’m very particular about cleanliness!)
+ A bug net has been installed for added comfort when leaving the window open.
+ The kitchen and all appliances (including the fridge and microwave) are kept in pristine condition.
+ The current flatmates are friendly and take good care of the communal spaces.
