We are looking for a professional or a student willing to pay council tax to replace me in our lovely shared house :)
Availability: from August 29th 2024
The room:
Spacious en suite room with a very big closet. 1st floor. The room is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a desk, a chair, and a huge closet. You will have your own bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom overlooks the garden with two windows making it very bright.
The house:
The house is pretty big and has a living room, a separate kitchen and a garden. It’s clean and tidy.
The location:
The house is ideally situated, not even 1 min away from the train station and many buses going to every parts of Oxford. I used to work at JR hospital and it’s only a 25 min ride by bike. Along the canal, the neighbourhood is very calm but you can access the city centre in about 5 min walking.
The housemates
You would share the house with three lovely boys. I’m a girl and I’ve never felt uncomfortable with them. They are friendly, clean and tidy. We like to share diners sometimes but they will always respect your personal space and time alone.
Price: 845£/month in total (rent+council tax+gaz+electricity+water+wifi)
