Hi! I am searching for one person to take over my side of an agency contract in a three person house! It could be on the 28th September but can be flexible for earlier than this.
The house has three bedrooms, on Hurst Street, 5 minutes from Manzil way bus stop or Magdalen Road bus stop, and right by the fantastic Magdalen road cafes, gym, Pegasus Theatre and Rusty Bicycle. It is all new construction with double glazed windows.
The room is 750 + bills (which come to 120 usually) furnished (includes bed, wardrobe, desk, as well as fitted out kitchen and living room). There is a living-room, a kitchen, back-yard with the occassional blackberriess and one large bathroom.
It's also close to Florence Park (15 minute walk) if you're up for their Park Run on saturdays or just a cute picnic.
