En-Suite Bedroom for Students

I have an en-suite bedroom for a student complete with a 3/4 bed and desk at The Park, Horspath Driftway, Oxford, OX3. I have found more suitable living arrangements for me personally and hence require someone to take over my contract. It is in a cluster on the first floor of the building, with a shared kitchen and common areas. Weekly rent is £204.00 with all bills included (utilities, gas, water, electricity, wifi and TV licence).
