The house has two double bedrooms as well a small study, a shared bathroom, kitchen-diner and separate sitting room. At the front of the house is a paved driveway and at the back a grass and paved garden with shed and side access.

The house is part-furnished with beds, wardrobes and white goods provided. Opportunity to purchase additional furniture if this is of interest.

Bills aren't included, we've found that these generally come to about £150/month in total (excluding council tax).

We are the current tenants and are looking for someone to take over the lease, ideally from around the start of October, but there is flexibility on these dates. As part of this process the agency will run referencing and affordability checks prior to drawing up the contract.
