Furnished Double Room in 2-Bed St Clements House

Furnished double room with balcony available in house in St Clements. Shared facilities include a living room with a 43-inch TV and karaoke machine, a kitchen with dishwasher, and two bathrooms (including one with a bath!). There is also a mezzanine study space and a private garage (with more parking facilities available in the courtyard).

Great location, only 10 minutes from the centre of town and moments away from vibrant Cowley Road. However, the neighbourhood itself is quiet, with sedate South Park on its doorstep. There are also excellent transport links nearby, including an Oxford Tube stop with 24-hour services to London.

Housemates: Male, LGBT landlord who enjoys badminton, travelling, board games, and a cocktail (or two…). Also home to a pair of gorgeous indoor cats who love food, cuddles, and being insufferably cute!

Looking for friendly, responsible housemate who’s reliable and tidy, but also sociable. Student or professional applications welcome, but unfortunately no further pets allowed. Appreciation of puns of variable quality would be desirable.

Utilities (electricity, gas, water, TV licence, and Wi-Fi) and council tax bills are included. Household chores are currently done on an ad hoc basis, but happy to discuss specifics (e. g., splitting the cost of hiring a cleaner).
