We live in Grandpont within a lovely community. The house is a mid terrace with all mod cons except tumble dryer. We are live in landlords (a mellow couple) who are away alot so you will have the run of the house which is why we want a mature proffessional please. Utility bills will be on top of rent whilst we are away and will be on a metered basis. Very close to the town centre and all buses and trains. Multifuel stove for use in the winter so it'll be cozy in the winter months. We have a bathroom and a downstairs toilet that we share, a fully equipped kitchen also.
