I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s lease in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, it is available for moving in now and has a 12 month tenancy.
The flat is very centrally located at Rowland Hill Court, just off Osney lane right next to the train station. It is a fully furnished two bedroom and two bathroom apartment, so you have your own bathroom. The rent is £900 including internet. The flat is let through a lettings agent (Penny and Sinclair), so they will do the right to rent checks once. The flat is council tax band E, and you can get a 25% discount as I’m a student.
A bit about myself: Im a final year DPhil student in the Department of Biology at Oxford from Vancouver, Canada! I enjoy photography, walking, and exploring the outdoors on the weekends.
