Double room in a comfortable 2bed flat!

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this quiet, cosy and comfortable 2-bed flat. The room is available now and can also be flexible if needed by Jan 2nd!
November rent/bills covered!

Due to a change in circumstances, I won’t be able to continue my tenancy in the flat. It’s a super comfortable and relaxed flat, ideal for a professional working in Oxford, so I would’ve loved to stay if not for change in circumstances!
The room is a double room with plenty of storage space. There’s a shared living area with a dining table, kitchen with good storage space and a shared shower/bathroom. There is a also car parking space.

The current flatmate is a young professional working in central Oxford. She is friendly, sociable, considerate, very clean and easygoing.

The flat is around a 10 minute walk from Oxford city centre so excellently located. There is a Tesco within 5 mins as well as bus stops to the train station. We also have Hinksey Park less than 10mins walk away! Due to the location, the flat is nice and quiet, unaffected by traffic noise.
Rent is 875pcm and bills come to around £150.
