Light and Spacious double room in Greater Leys OX4

A large double room is available in our family house in Greater Leys, OX4. We are a mother and daughter (8 years old). I am a school teacher.
I try to keep a cosy and relaxing home and enjoy spending time in our garden when the weather is nice! We have a good sized garden with a shed, fish pond and lots of plants and a tree as well as space to tie a bike with direct access from the street to the garden (without having to walk through the house).
Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom which has electric shower and the kitchen has a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer,
Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, tv licence) + access to streaming service subscriptions (netflix & disney+).
It is a fairly quiet street 1 minute walk to a park and 5 minutes walk to local shops and takeaways etc. 5 minutes walk to bus stop for 1 and 5 buses that go down Cowley Road into the centre and train station and 8 minutes walk to bus stop for 3A bus to Oxford Science Park and city centre via Oxford Road. 20 minutes walk to Lidl and Tesco.
Room would particularly suit a working professional or postgraduate student.
