Hello, my name is Alex. I’m the current tenant and I’m looking for a flatmate.

The available room is a single which measures 1.9m x 3.3m. There are two night stands, a nice functional wardrobe, an electric heater/radiator and blackout curtains. The window is SINGLE glaze, so it gets pretty noisy and cold as it faces the high street. My previous flatmate and I got used to it eventually.

A little about the flat it self. There is a toilet and separate shower room, a nice sized living room, and a small kitchen. It’s pretty quirky as it’s built in 1679. There is not a single right angle in the entire flat and the floor has a big slant (it feels like you’re standing on a ski slope).

Bills (the following is per tenant):
Electricity is about £25 in the summer and £60 in the winter.
Water is included.
Internet is not included, but the restaurant downstairs lets me use theirs.
Council tax (band C) is about £100 per month.
