A self-contained apartment, with own kitchen and ensuite.

The apartment is in an exceptional house with a tennis court and 1.4 acre garden, both of which you are free to use.

Suitable for a couple or a single person.

I live in the main house, but the apartment is quite distant from the main house, with a separate entrance, although not fully separate.

There is a separate gym below the apartment, and we could discuss whether you want to use that too.

All bills included.

It would be good to find a tenant or tenants who are happy to socialise with me to some extent. If you speak fluent French that would be a bonus, as I enjoy speaking French.
