En Suite room available at Parade Green.

Looking for a replacement tenant for my Parade Green room as I am moving out, this is urgent!

Available from December 15th and the contract will run until June 2025 so 6 months.

It’s a double bed room with a shower en suite, a study desk space and a shared kitchen/sitting area with the other flat mates all of which are lovely.

Currently paying £1181 a month instalments (including all bills), which you will have to pay from December until April, if you choose the same instalment plan, meaning you won’t pay rent in May and June. However you can change this when you take over the tenancy and pay less per month until June, or pay weekly depending on your situation.

All the other flat mates are girls, however this may change, not sure if they are all staying or if some are moving out also. You must be a Oxford Brookes Student, it is okay if you’re an International student, this would be perfect for those for just 6 months or for someone just looking to live here for 6 months in between places/ 2nd year houses etc.

All the grounds are secured and can only be accessed with a key card and there is a 24 hour reception, a games room, a mini football pitch/basketball court, a laundry room and a gym. There is a bus that takes you to the University and to the City Centre right outside as well as electric bikes/scooters or it is just a 20-25 minute walk to lectures.
