Comfy Room, Friendly House, Short Walk to Centre

It has been a pleasure living in this house for the past four months, but I now have to move away so am offering for someone to take over my tenancy.

The room is large, bright, and has plenty of storage for all of my stuff. This is the only room in the house which does not have an ensuite, essentially meaning for £100 less per month you get a private bathroom next door to the room.

Bills have been less than £100/mo all in.

The housemates are lovely people, one works in energy distribution and the other as a psychology post-doc. We often have chats while cooking dinner and occasionally play board games or go to the pub.

The location is incredibly convenient, being a few minutes down the road from Magdalen bridge. There is easy access to the city centre via either Cowley or Iffley Road and Cowley supermarkets/ restaurants are right on the doorstep.

The kitchen/ living room is fully equipped, spacious, and gets lots of sunlight. The place has a slightly student-y feel but being this close to both Universities this is inevitable.
