Double room in modern flat from February

I am moving out of Oxford in January and I am looking for someone to replace me.

The room is double, with plenty of room even with a double bed in it. Since the other bedroom is an en-suite, the bathroom (with a bathtub) is also private, although it's in the common area. The kitchen-living room is big and it has access to a small terrace. The kitchen includes a washing-drier machine and a dish washer.

The flat is part of a neighbourhood that provides access to bike sheds and green areas. It is located near RedBridge Park & Ride, with direct and frequent bus connections to the city centre. There is a small tesco at walking distance.

You will be sharing the flat with Callum, a 28-year old bi engineer that works at Culham and enjoys running and watching TV shows.

The current contract runs until July, but there is possibility to renew it afterwards. The room was rented unfurnished, but if desired, I will leave behind my furniture, which includes a bed, nightstand, shelf, table, chair and wardrobe. The whole flat is £1550 per month, so the room is £775 per month. The costs, including electricity, water, insurance, internet, and council tax (band D) are around £200 per month per room.

I will need to find someone by mid-January, so I will be planning visits around the weekend of the 11th-12th January. Get in touch with any questions tou have!
