Sharing a sizeable house in the Iffley Road, Oxford. There are just 2 other professional male housemates. In total, there would be 3 housemates (including yourself). 1 of them is away a lot of the time.

A new conservatory, flooring and kitchen has been installed. There is a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a large peaceful rear garden, with gazebo and dining table, should you wish to eat or work from the garden. Smoking is OK in the garden.

There are many bus routes outside and it takes 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Oxford. There is a supermarket and other retail amenities, very close by.

The rent is £1200 a month which includes all bills.
