Room: light spacious bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage (wardrobe and drawers, with additional storage closet on the landing). It’s on the second floor and faces the backyard, so super peaceful and quiet with amazing natural light☀️

Bathroom: you’d be sharing a modern bathroom with 2 other girls, both clean and tidy😌

House details: you’d be living with 4 professional women in their 20s (chilled, sociable, tidy and respectful), the place has a very large fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, plenty of storage space and 2 fridges), laundry (with dryer), large sitting room with TV, and beautiful garden (great for summer dinner parties) with bike rake

Rent: £675 pcm (not including bills or council tax but all together about £80 pcm extra)

The house has the loveliest group of girls who are really sociable and love to have dinner together, go on pub trips, and watch tv in the evenings. We are all working professionals though so we keep everyone’s boundaries and are respectful of noise in the evenings as well 💗
