Beautiful central flatshare for young professional

Hi!
I‘m looking for a new flatmate in my flat situated in a split Victorian aged house right between Uni parks and Jericho. The room is quite large with a beautiful wooden desk and plenty of storage. Next door is a large livingroom to relax (The flat is around 65sqm). Bathroom and kitchen are relatively small, but well laid out and certainly the kitchen has held up even to larger dinner parties.

Apart from that I enjoy being active with lots of sports (mostly bike riding, climbing).
I’m looking for a likeminded, active young professional or PhD who’s enjoying life in Oxford.

A new contract would be setup with the agency which may mean a slight price increase compared to the current number listed above.
The utilities are around 200£.
