Hello everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my room license from April until September 2025. The room is part of a shared house in the vibrant Cowley area, close to the city centre, and is ideal for any Oxford University student (m/f).

💰 Rent: £166/week, which includes:
✔ Utilities (water, electricity, gas)
✔ Cleaning of communal areas (5 days/week)
✔ WiFi
✔ Toilet paper

📅 When: April 2025 – 19 September 2025
Available from April 7, but move-in date can be discussed.

You will share the house with 5 other students (2M and 3F). There is a large, shared kitchen equipped with all appliances (incl. washing machine), two toilets, one bathroom (with shower), and a back garden. There is bike storage available in front of the house.

Quiet street in between vibrant Cowley Rd and St Clements St, close to Magdalen Bridge.
