A fully furnished, cosy one-bedroom house in a peaceful, green area of Oxford, available for a short-term let only while I am away. The house is available from 7th December 2025 to 21st January 2026 (approximately 6½ weeks). The minimum tenancy is 5 weeks. Please note that the house is only available during this period — earlier or later rental dates cannot be considered.

The house has two bedrooms, but one will be kept locked, so it is being rented as a one-bedroom home. This is my personal home, which I’m renting out temporarily whilst away, so I’m looking for a responsible and respectful tenant.

💰 Rent & Deposit:

£500 deposit (payable after viewing and agreement).
The first 5 weeks’ rent payable in full before tenancy begins.
Gas & electricity allowance: £130/month (any excess usage to be covered by the tenant; my typical winter bills are around £120).
